We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead our business development efforts. Your role will be crucial in identifying new opportunities, conducting persuasive product demonstrations, and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector. You will be an integral part of our growth, leading the sales process from start to finish and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate, qualify, and nurture leads within the healthcare sector, focusing on agencies and clinical service providers
- Conduct engaging, value-driven product demonstrations that address client pain points and showcase the unique benefits of Careo AI’s solutions
- Build and foster strong, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, particularly within SaaS or the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on consultative selling
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong ability to understand client needs and translate those into tailored solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of £25,000 - £35,000, with an attractive commission structure that rewards high performance
